My initial impression of the product is pretty poor. The installation was not very professional at all. The install requirements were very picky and if you had a PATH environment variable longer than 1000 characters (most people probably do), the installation would crash. Getting a license was very slow and their support seems like a pretty small, rag-tag bunch.

OK, got it installed and I am trying to create a new model. You would think that would be easy. I opened up Artisan Studio and selected File->New Model ... and then tried to create a model but kept getting "File already exists" no matter what I did. I then looked at their online help and it says to create a new model, I have to go the the "Model Repository" and select "New Model" ... but there are no "Repositories" in the repository neighborhood. OK, so I created an new repository on my computer. Tried to connect to the new repository, but it is telling me it is not started. Went to the admin tool again and started it. Now connecting it tells me that the repository is not initialized!!!! Wow, what a user friendly tool. OK, I have been beating on this thing, but it keeps telling me it is not initialized, but I can't find a way to initialize it. I give up.
